Bought this as a pre Christmas trial prior to the big day. I usually buy a Turkey crown from M&S.
Cooked at 180° for about 1 and 1/2 hours in roasting bag.
It was well cooked , succulent and very enjoyable. There was plenty for the 2 of us with sufficient left over for another meal/ sandwiches.
I have already ordered and taken delivery of the 2kg boned and rolled Turkey crown for Christmas day.
