Steak with Roasted Veg Medley
Easy Midweek Dinner.
- Season your steaks with salt and pepper. Heat your griddle pan and cook the steak to your preferred taste.
- Blue: 1 min each side
- Rare: 1½ mins per side
- Medium rare: 2 mins per side
- Medium: About 2¼ mins per side
- Well-done steak: Cook for about 4-5 mins each side, depending on thickness.
- Heat the oven gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Roughly dice all of the vegetables, place all into a roasting tray, and drizzle with oil. Place the vine tomatoes on top and roast for 10 - 15 minutes.
