Lamb Kofta Pittas
- Mix the herbs and spices together with the minced lamb and form into oval shapes. Heat a pan, brush oil over to your Koftas and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- For the coleslaw finely slice the cabbages and onion and combine with the mustard, vinegar and mayonnaise.
- Slice the pitta breads and spread with a small layer of mayonnaise.
- Add in the koftas and coleslaw and lastly sprinkle in pomegranate seeds.
